Paying his tribute to former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh on his birth anniversary, which is observed as 'Kisan Divas' across the country, Tomar tweeted: "Wishing all the countrymen on the 'Farmers' Day'. The Modi government is fully committed to the welfare of farmers.""Salutations to the messiah of farmers and former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh on his birth anniversary."Tomar's tweet indicated the government's intention to continue talks with farmers to end the deadlock on their demands.
