Coronavirus: 4 new cases reported in Delhi, total 39 Last Updated : 26 Mar 2020 11:38:31 PM IST file photo Even as the country remains under lockdown, there has a rise in the number of positive coronavirus cases, with the total cases in national capital rising to 39 on Thursday.
Of the 39 cases, 29 have travelled abroad while 10 came in contact of infected persons. In the last 24 hours, four new cases have been reported.According to the Delhi Health Department, till Thursday, 12,703 passengers have been put under home quarantine while 4,513 passengers completed their 14-day quarantine period."A total of 1,173 passengers are quarantined at the government facilities," the Health Department said."There has been one death and five people have been discharged so far," it said.A total of 4,559 people who came in contact with the positive cases have been traced, out of which 1,639 contacts of the first six cases have completed their 14-day quarantine period, while 2,920 are under surveillance, the Health Department said.IANS New Delhi For Latest Updates Please-
