Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday announced his picks for cabinet portfolios with the Uttar Pradesh chief minister keeping the home ministry with himself. Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya has been allocated public works department, food processing, entertainment tax and public enterprises department, while the other deputy CM Dinesh Sharma gets higher and secondary education, science and technology, electronics and IT departments.
Rita Bahuguna Joshi, the former UP Congress chief has been assigned Women and Child Development and Tourism.
Siddharth Nath Singh, a veteran party spokesperson, has been given the health ministry.
The only Muslim in the new government, Mohsin Raza, will be in charge of Science and Technology, Electronics, IT, Muslim Waqf and

After detecting betel stains on walls, he asked employees not to consume paan or paan masala during duty hours and ensure cleanliness. Deputy chief minister Keshav Prasad Maurya accompanied CM Yogi. Adityanath also asked the staff to make the atmosphere in the building healthy and clean by avoiding the use plastic.
